France operates one of Europe’s largest defence industries, and Franco-German joint programmes have made cross-border supply chains part of everyday procurement practice. Within that framework, French OEMs and system houses increasingly qualify German subcontractors for machined metal components – particularly workshops that pair tight tolerances with strict confidentiality. MTB Metall in Upper Bavaria is built for precisely this role.
For defence applications we manufacture housings and protective covers for military electronics, mounts for sensors and cameras, and structural parts and connecting elements – from prototype to series. Capabilities include 3- to 5-axis CNC milling up to 1,270 mm, CNC turning, TIG/MAG welding certified to DIN EN ISO, and subassembly integration supported by CAD/CAM. Aerospace- and defence-grade materials are sourced through our certified material partner; BLACK MTB and XYLAN®-based high-performance coatings complete the scope. Documented processes and NDAs protect every project.

On request we deliver parts ready-coated: thin-film ceramic BLACK MTB (over 3,000 h salt-spray tested) or XYLAN®-based dry-film lubrication for fasteners – data sheets in our download area.
