CNC Machining for the Defence Industry in Europe
Across the continent, EU and NATO rearmament programmes are driving demand for machined metal components at a pace European supply chains have rarely seen. Prime contractors and system integrators increasingly look beyond their established supplier base for subcontractors who combine tight tolerances with strict confidentiality. MTB Metall, a German master-craftsman workshop (Meisterbetrieb) in Upper Bavaria, supports these programmes as a dependable source for CNC-machined defence parts.
For defence customers we mill on 3- to 5-axis machining centres with travels up to 1,270 mm, turn complex rotational parts, weld assemblies using TIG and MAG processes certified to DIN EN ISO, and deliver complete fabricated subassemblies. Aerospace- and defence-grade materials are sourced through our certified material partner, and high-performance coatings – BLACK MTB and XYLAN®-based systems – are available as a service. Documented processes, full traceability and NDA-backed confidentiality come as standard.
