CNC Machining for Defence Customers in the Baltic States

Few regions in NATO are expanding their defence investment as rapidly as the Baltic States. As frontline members of the alliance, they are building up capabilities at pace – and that pace depends on suppliers who deliver machined metal components reliably, to specification and without publicity. MTB Metall, a master-craftsman machining workshop in Upper Bavaria, supplies defence customers on exactly those terms.

Our contribution to Baltic programmes: CNC milling on 3 to 5 axes with travels up to 1,270 mm, CNC turning, TIG and MAG welding to DIN EN ISO-certified procedures, and assembled subassemblies engineered with CAD/CAM. Typical parts include components for armoured and special vehicles, mounts for sensors and weapon carriers, and housings for radar and communication electronics. Aerospace- and defence-grade materials arrive via our certified partner; BLACK MTB and XYLAN®-based coatings provide surface protection. Full traceability and NDAs safeguard every order.

Delivery & cooperation

From Wonneberg, consignments to the Baltic States move entirely within the European Union – overland through Germany and Poland along established freight corridors, with no customs clearance required. The physical distance is bridged operationally by digital collaboration: enquiries, CAD/CAM data, quality documentation and release decisions are handled remotely as standard, and where a programme warrants it, we arrange in-person meetings at your site or ours.
