Defence CNC Machining in Austria – Precision from Neighbouring Bavaria

What we deliver across the border: CNC-milled components on 3 to 5 axes with travels up to 1,270 mm, CNC-turned parts, TIG- and MAG-welded assemblies to DIN EN ISO-certified procedures, and complete subassemblies prepared with CAD/CAM. Our parts serve armoured vehicles, radar and communication systems, sensor mounts and military electronics housings. Materials for aerospace and defence applications come through our certified partner, and BLACK MTB or XYLAN®-based coatings finish the job. Every project is documented, traceable and NDA-protected.

Through our certified material partner we machine aerospace- and defence-grade alloys to AMS specifications – 15-5 PH, 17-4 PH, 13-8 MO, Alloy 625, 718 and A286. See Materials.
Mission-ready surface coatings
On request we deliver parts ready-coated: thin-film ceramic BLACK MTB (over 3,000 h salt-spray tested) or XYLAN®-based dry-film lubrication for fasteners – data sheets in our download area.

Delivery & cooperation
The supply relationship could hardly be more direct: Wonneberg lies in south-eastern Upper Bavaria, close to the Austrian frontier, and EU-internal transport means goods move without any customs procedure. Urgent parts can be on Austrian premises the same day. Alongside that physical proximity, all engineering data, quotations and quality records are exchanged digitally, and joint reviews happen at whichever site suits the project.
